Very powerful…I wonder which industry (or perhaps northern neighbour) is to blame for this meagre catch…
I’m not sure that there would be any single cause, the river does probably have all sorts of things in it (but some still drink the water). It is dry season at present so that may be a factor. Each cast seemed to get a few small fish, so I suppose there might be enough for a family after an hour or two.
